Where is STORE_NAME_ADDRESS defined?

I spotted this same question being asked here with no answers as yet:

This topic (above) is locked, so I couldn't add to it.

 

So to re-iterate the question: I can't find anywhere in the admin section to allow me to define STORE_NAME_ADDRESS. I can only see it as an entry in the configuration db table. Of course, I can edit it directly there, but I was just wondering if there's a nicer front-end to it?

In Admin, go to Configuration -> My Store, called "Store Address and Phone"
