HELP!! Having problems installing QT Pro.

Hi. Thanks for looking at my post. I'm trying to install this contribution for the first time and am getting this error in phpmyadmin:

It looks as though the file I tried to install is not for a new install even though the file is titled new_install.sql

I'm trying to install the 4.2 Version of QT Pro.

 

 

Please any help would be wonderful. Do I need to go to a earlier version of QT Pro. One other thing, it says you need OSC MS2. I don't know if I have that? How do I check?
