Upsxml error

Hello,

 

we recently installed this module. We followed all steps properly. It seems to be installed correctly however upon checkout this error occurs:

 

This is currently the only shipping method available to use on this order.

United Parcel Service (XML)

110007: No Services found for origin and destination addresses.

If you prefer to use ups as your shipping method, please contact PinkTwoLips via Email.

 

Can anyone help me with this?
