admin page not reloading after changes

I'm not really sure what I did to mess it up - the only thing I've changed recently was uploading a couple of files to create a Google Base feed. It should not have had any effect, but I might be way off.

 

Whenever I click on something to change it in Admin (like, say, turning a product on or off, or changing a minimum value) it completes the change, but leaves me with a blank screen. Refreshing attempts to send the data again. I have confirmed that it actually makes the change, so I think it's just really, really annoying, but I wanted to make sure it wasn't indicative of something bad. It is possible that it's been happening for longer than I realize, because most of my recent changes haven't involved the Admin at all.

 

Anyone ever had this happen? What should I do?
