pimms Posted December 1, 2006 Posted December 1, 2006 Hi, I'm new to osc. I downloaded the STS and unzipped files to a new folder. I then copied the files to my FTP manages and moved them from there to my store on the public_html side. I presume this must be wrong as although I can see all the files I moved across, nothing is changed when I go to the site: www.saulsaddlery.com/store I thought I was following the instructions. Please can someone advise on what I'm doing wrong. Thanks, Rob Quote
pimms Posted December 1, 2006 Author Posted December 1, 2006 Just tried again and it seemed to load ok. Went to admin side and found sts in Modules. Installed and enabled but when I looked at the site at the top of the page it says: Template file does not exist: [includes/sts_templates/test/sts_template.html] Rest of page unchanged. Please advise what I need to do as been battling with osc for 4 days and feel I'm nearly getting somewhere. thanks, rob Quote
pimms Posted December 1, 2006 Author Posted December 1, 2006 Please take a look at my store now. I've loaded up files my hand which didn't load automatically: www.saulsaddlery.com/store as you can see it has several error messages and is not right. Thanks, Rob :'( Quote
wotsupdoc Posted March 15, 2007 Posted March 15, 2007 Template file does not exist: [includes/sts_templates/test/sts_template.html] Looks like you fixed it, how did you do it? I get the same message Quote
bkellum Posted March 15, 2007 Posted March 15, 2007 Looks like you fixed it, how did you do it?I get the same message You are either missing files from the template folder or you have the wrong template folder set in the STS Default Module in the admin. garlicbred Posted April 26, 2007 Posted April 26, 2007 Looks like you fixed it, how did you do it?I get the same message I just got the same message - totally clean 060817 upload STS v4.5.2 Install Default module - then error message - Template file does not exist: [includes/sts_templates/fridgi/boxes/infobox.php.html] I copied the 'boxes' and 'content' directories into the fridgi folder since that was where it wnted to find them, but still same error message. The error goes away if I set the 'Use template for infoboxes' to 'false'. I'll try to find the cause of the error later. Quote
