Where are my orders??

I rec'd email confirmation of "Order Process" but when I went into the admin, there was nothing there. No orders listed at all.

There were two that were lost of a couple day span and it would seem that orders are now going through as normal again but I need those other orders.

Does anyone know if there is anyway to retrieve them somehow?

My host checked everything out and everything is currently in proper working order so I don't know what happened.

TIA!

kristina, check your phpmyadmin if the orders are in there. If yes, check the order status of them in phpmyadmin.

REally, I am totally ignorant about this stuff. I had a blessed man here help me set up my shop in the first place but I have no idea where to be looking.

I looked for a "phpmyadmin" under my file manager and didn't find anything.

I'm not sure what you are referring to when you ask me which module. :(

Seriously, I am hopelessly ignorant.
