Help, problems with email and postage options

Hello,

 

I am very rubbish at this but trying my best,

I cannot get emails through from my site, I am using a hotmail address, they don't come through when I set up an account or through the contact us page.

(I have checked the junk mailbox and no sign there either)

 

Also I have a uk postage and payment contibution and it doesn't seem to differenciate between a UK address and an overseas one.

 

I would like to offer free postage within the uk, and overseas calculated by weight,

at the moment the overseas (two options) work but the uk doesn't and the customer has to select something.

 

I'd be very grateful of any help
