how to change suburb to county

hi how do i change suburb to county as suburb is is US and county is Uk I live in the UK and suburb for me is not right can anyone tell me where to change this text in what file.

Open: catalog/includes/languages/english.php

 

Search for [ define('ENTRY_SUBURB', 'Suburb:'); ], which should be right around line 185

 

Change that to: [ define('ENTRY_SUBURB', 'County:'); ] and save.
