Can't access the 20060817 update page

I posted this in News and Annoucements 3 days ago but had no reply so I am trying here.

I am trying to finish the changes for the 20060817 update that I started a while back. However, when I now click on this link,

I'm missing a lot of the formatting and cannot determine the correct changes to make. Do I need to do something to make it readable or is there another link that needs to be used now? Also the links inside this link don't seem to be working. Thanks!

Marla, the current download of the osC zip (whole shop) has the extra update file also. Grab it there!
