Product Images not being saved through Upload (URGENT)

Hello all,

 

I have posted previously about this problem...am a developer who is new to osC, am taking over an installation and having trouble getting images to upload for new products.

When I try to upload an image I get the following error after clicking the Preview button:

 

Error: File upload not saved

 

I have checked the permissions on my http://.../store/images/ folder as well as my https://.../store/images/ folder (not sure which is correct folder) and both are set to 777.

 

Have tried to upload using IE and Firefox, both no luck...if there is not a page or config file I can check to rectify the problem, I'm willing to pay a little to get this problem fixed ASAP.

 

Can anyone help?
