in admin page, on catalog >>categories>>hardware products display a small number of products , not all

hello! i have a real problem, and is quite urgent so please if u can help me;

when i'm navigate in admin page, on categories and i list all products from categories i want to be able to list them gruop by a value, not all instantaneouselly;for example, if i have 20000 products in one category, my mysql server and my browser behave anormally of course.thank you
