Guest Posted November 30, 2006 Posted November 30, 2006 My client is telling me that when an item has one left and the customer buys two it lets her actually purchase two. Is there any way around this so that she can only purchase the one? Here's what she said: A lady bought 2 boho chic 6x6 albums in pink and I had 1 in stock but it allowed her to buy 2. When I checked the inventory it came up -1 and I had to physically press out of stock. When it is out of stock it doesn't list in the shop until you re-stock it. store: http://www.keepnthememories.com.au/catalog/ Any ideas?? Kirsten
dittones Posted November 30, 2006 Posted November 30, 2006 Kristen, You will have to wright code to test the quantity in the product and suppress the add to cart button and display message out of stock there and in the shopping cart have the same test to prevent the customer from changing the quantity... I hope this helps dittone.com Roman
