Help! How to set up simple shipping from US store

Hi there,

 

I have now been playing around with my 1st osc store but I cannot figure out the logic of the shipping modules for a USA based store.

 

All shoppers from AZ/United States neeed to pay a certain tax.

They will pay a table based shipping rate. How do I seperate them from other customers?

 

Which module do I use for international shipping?
