Programming question....

I am not overly experienced with PHP so thought I would ask this question.

 

On a default OSC site, when you first view the product list (in New Products, or when you search for products) you have the Name and Price fields that display. I am wanting to add a third field to display.

My question is, where does OSC specify which fields show up?
