What are "Address format" diffenrencies??

Does anybody know where I can see the differencies of the Address format 1-5

 

I can't seem to find it anywhere

The difference is the sequence of $name$adress$city$postcode

for exeample: 5= $name$cr$adress$cr$postcode$city

look into your mysql you can find it there
