Shipping Tax

Hello everyone. I have an issue with Shipping and Tax. I need shipping to be taxed only when the item(s) being purchased are taxable. If the item(s) being purchased are not taxable, then I don't want the shipping to be taxed.

 

Is there a way to do this in osC?

Thats done on an item by item basis. Each item is flagged as taxable or non-taxable. Not sure if I answered your question.

From what my client tells me, if there is 1 item that is taxable - out of say 5 items - then tax should be applied to shipping. If no items are taxable, then no tax on shipping.
