completed orders w/no confirm email

I have placed a couple of orders through my osc and the "buyer" receives the confirm email but the "store owner" receives nothing. And I can't view the orders in the admin panel, all it says is that an order has been placed, or who the registered customers are.... I'm dumb founded and can't figure out where to go from here. I believe I followed all the steps correctly. I entered the correct email in the "e-mail address & e-mail from" section of the "my store" configuration. Am I missing something?

 

I don't have paypal or other ssl installed yet and wanted to do this contribution later, after I fix this problem I'm currently having. Any help would be wonderful. Thanks in advance.
