Installing for beginners.....

Hi all,

 

Was wondering if someone can help me with a step by step idiots guide to installing the osCommerce system on a web site.

 

I have a pretty good basic grasp of html etc. and have put together sites (www.bridgemedia.co.uk & www.hand-craftedkitchens.co.uk plus a few others) which I am quite pleased with.

 

My girlfriend is an artist and recently saw the site http://gallery.onekind.co.uk/ which uses the osCommerce system.

 

I would like to build a site that her and her friends can use to sell some of their pieces but am a little unsure where to start with such a project as I only have basic WYSIWYG and HTML knowledge.

 

Can anyone point me in the right direction of how to get started with osCommerce and a basic step by step guide without too much jargon to get it all set up?
