catalog/products not available

We just changed web hosts. Our website is working (seapet.com) and the front or welcome page to our osCommerce store is up (seapet.com/seastarrstore). But the products are not accessible. I get the message "no input file specified". The address bar reads: http://seapet.com/seastarrstore/index.php/cPath/21

 

I did install what I though were all of the mySQL databases. I can access the products through my Admin login (so I believe that the database files are there) but they are not accessible when entering the store.

 

I changed the settings in /includes/configure.php and in admin/includes/configure.php to point to the new server and database. The fact that I can access through my Admin page seems to indicate to me that the files and databases are there.

 

It seems like our new webhost server (Network Solutions - Unix platform) is not recognizing the path.
