Any Suggestions on a Good Shipping Contribution?

Hello:

 

I am currently trying to resolve an issue with the T-Ship contribution which is not passing the proper selected shipping option within the single shipping method to the next page. So...does anyone have a good recommendation for a shipping contribution that would do the following:

 

1) Look at the total weight

2) Allow for customizable shipping options (i.e.: Ground, 2-day, overnight, etc...) without being directly connected to UPS, USPS, etc...

3) Allow for manual input of rates by zip code ranges

4) Allow for customization based on a weight range

5) ANy other options a plus

 

Basically the above which T-Ship offers but something that is able to be used now. Hopefully will hear back from original developer on the T-Ship. If I do, will definitely post a new update to that for everyone to take advantage of.

 

But in the meantime, any ideas?
