jhdesign Posted November 29, 2006 Posted November 29, 2006 Using BRpay, checked the DB and I see orders they just dont display in admin > orders. Also no error is even displayed. has anyone encountered this before?
Jack_mcs Posted November 29, 2006 Posted November 29, 2006 The orders total table is probably not being updated. If you look in it for the id of the order and can't find it, that is the problem. There are a number of things that can cause that. Be sure your order status's are setup correctly. Do a search on "orders not shwoing" or something similar and you should find other things to check. Someone placed an order on my osCommerce site, and I received payment through paypal for it, but there is no record of her order in Admin, so I don't know what she ordered! What can I do??????

Could the payment module not be working correctly?The payment module isn't capable of deleting the order status entries. Maybe the table is corrupted in the database. It happens. You can go into phpmyadmin and run a repair on the tables. That might help. If not, you will have to enter in the statuses again (probably will have to anyway). What can I do??????It may be due to what I have mentioned, or it might just be that you are using the stock paypal module. That is a common problem with that. If you are not using the IPN version, you should install it. jhdesign Posted November 30, 2006 Author Posted November 30, 2006 I inserted the values into orders_status from the oscommerce.sql but appears to be still not showing any orders. I'm not using Paypal. Any other tables that might be effected that would cause this?
Jack_mcs Posted December 1, 2006 Posted December 1, 2006 It won't show past orders. Those are lost unless you fill in the orders total table. Try placing a new oder and see if it shows up.
