Customers can't order! :-(

Hi ;)

 

The fast easy checkout was finally installed on my website.

I now have 2 problems:

 

1. When I get to the screen that has the Payment Method (where the CC # is entered = Your Details screen = checkout_shipping.php) --> and click on the Continue button --> it goes to the Order Confirmation screen (so far so good :thumbsup: ).

 

When I click on the CONFIRM ORDER button on this screen (on checkout_confirmation.php) - it does not go forward to the Finished page (as the graphic at the bottom would suggest) but goes back to Your Details screen (checkout_shipping.php --> where the CC needs to be entered again)

 

It does that even when you select the option to pay by a check.

 

WOULD ANYONE PLEASE KNOW HOW I CAN FIX THIS?

 

2. I had the delivery calendar Contribution installed and now - the calendar is gone. How can I fix this? If I install the calendar again - will it show up?
