Help! OSC site can't complete purchases

Hello;

I posted this on the install/config forum, but it might have been better to have posted here. Thanks in advance for any help on this issue.

 

When trying to confirm orders at (https://garryscountrystore.com/Shop/catalog/index.php), the cart works fine, but when trying to pay for the order, I can't get past the checkout_confirmation.php to actually confirm the order. After entering my CC info and clicking the "confirm order" button, I get a warning (in a small red banner near the top) that my credit card has been declined. This can't be true because I've tried 3 different cards with zero balances on them and I still get the same result.

I'm using the PSI Gate xml as my payment gateway, so I called PSI tech support to ask what the problem was, they said that they were not showing any orders coming through. We checked the PSI module configuration settings, which were correct, so they said that the problem had to be with OSC somewhere.

This is a bummer because the cart was working fine back in February and I haven't made any material changes to the system except for adding a few new products.

Something must be wrong with where the confirm order button is going, or not calling a proper process, but I can't seem figure it out yet.

Does anyone know how I can find and fix this problem?

I would even be willing to pay a little something for some hands on help to make this work again.
