I would like to set my shipping to charge appropriate rates for all NON-domestic orders, regardless of whether I have a free shipping offer currently running or not. I'd also like to set a shipping rate for only particular items, again whether I have a free shipping offer or not I'd like these items to charge shipping -as well as all the non domestic orders. Can anyone help a newbie with this (in laymans terms)? :P
