NEED HELP WITH Product Attributes - Option Type Feature

I installed Product Attributes - Option Type Feature .77

 

I made a test product.

 

I added a text attribute.

 

I added a file upload attribute.

 

I tried to test it.

 

This is the message I get:

 

ERROR_DESTINATION_DOES_NOT_EXIST

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated and would save me from pulling all my hair out!!

Okay, I went through the contribution file for this module and can't find any thing wrong. I did find a little code to help narrow the problem. Now this it the error message that I get:

Error Error: destination (DIR_FS_UPLOADS) does not exist.

 

Please somebody help me as I am really lost on what to do or look for now????
