Installation with Fantastico

I have purchased a template and I am trying to install it, however my host keeps rejecting the SQL password I set up.

 

My host informs me that they only support installation of OS via Fantastico which is part of CPanel X.

 

This installs 2.2 version of OS and sets up SQL database in a named folder which I have called "SHOP".

 

I am now attempting to install the template so I have overwritten the "SHOP" directory with the new OS template.

 

However I have problems in display as when I type in my domain only INDEX OF/ appears which shows the "SHOP" directory, when you click on shop it opens the template

Can somebody help me here as obviously I have made an error with the directory as I need the template to appear when I type in the domain name www.usalakeballs.eu ?
