designbysynergie Posted November 28, 2006 Posted November 28, 2006 I have recently set up my first OSC site and I am having some issues with the use of cookies. Some of my sites users have been unable to access the shopping cart due to permissions on thier computer. Even after following the instructions to re set to a lower security level they are still unable to access the cart to process the order due to their browser not supporting the use of cookies. I have only encountered this problem when using Internet Explorer as I myself a Firefox user was able to process payment without any hassle. Please can someone help or point me in the direction of someone who can?

boxtel Posted November 28, 2006 Posted November 28, 2006 Make sure you don't have Force Cookie Use set to true in your store configuration (in the admin section). and then check your cookie settings and make sure you send a p3p header, IE requires that at higher security settings as it states.
