Expire checkout_success.php after order?

Hi,

 

Can anyone help with this?

 

I have modified my checkout_success.php page so that the order info gets passed into another database as well as the cart database.

 

The thing is that for some reason customers are hitting the refresh button and the order details are submitted into our database giving duplicate copies. Is there a way of expiring this page so that if they hit refresh it will not send the order again?
