Missing address book info

Hi there

 

I recently purchased a template / cre from thetemplateshop.com and am having some issues with the address section.

 

If you take a look at www.platinumpc.co.uk and log on using the following, you will see what I mean

 

Username - [email protected]

Password - jackpot

 

All of the address info appears to be missing when you go into the checkout section, but is displayed in the address book correctly.

 

Any thoughts
