cool menu problems

I have install "coolMenu" http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contri...earch,cool+menu

 

and for some reason it apears next to the headerinstead of being under the header. http://jewelry.empero.us/jewelry/index.php

 

Please I need help to fix this problem.I also want to have onle one menu of category to apear not 2 the way they show now.
