browland Posted November 28, 2006 Posted November 28, 2006 after I changed a footer image in OSCommerce Admin panel (Tools>Banners) all pages now show only a "Red X" placeholder only. The name added in the banners tool shows up and the hef link works. I have read about this happening in the past but can not locate it now. I think it has to do with the placement of the GIF file or a permission. Appreciate you assistance, Bill

I have resolved my own issue and believe it will be helpful to other new users/developers for OSCommerce. If you place a "/" at the end of your file name, this will cause inability to read the file and display the image in your footer. I believe this will be the same for any image in PHP and OSCommerce. browland
