This issue doesn't seem to happen with Firefox, or at least I've never encountered it. What the problem is as follows: When certain customers(mostly random with no similarities it seems) comes to our store and runs through the process of purchasing, they will fill out their customer information and when the click continue the page clears and stays at the customer information page. I've gone through the store and used different my personal credit cards and my personal information and have had no problems, but if I test it with other people's names names and information the results are suppuratic and inconsistent. Enough so that i can't figure out a single variable that is causing a problem. Please tell me that you've come across this and have something that can fix it. Thank you in advance! Aaron
