Problem with Cache

I have added the Ultimate SEO contribution but

I am getting this error message when I update my categories URL:

 

 

1146 - Table 'smoutfit_osc1.cache' doesn't exist

 

DELETE FROM cache WHERE cache_name LIKE '%seo_urls%'

 

The error references an error with my cache directory which I have already configured and CHMOD 777 the directory. Any help would be appreciated.
