dave1978 Posted November 27, 2006 Posted November 27, 2006 I know this has been discussed before but I can't seem to make much sense for what is particularly bothering me... I have t-shirts in my store in sizes SMALL, MEDIUM, LARGE and X-LARGE. Whenever my MEDIUM shirts are out of stock I have to delete them from my Products Attributes list for that particular item so they're not purchased. When I restock my MEDIUM shirts and add it again in the Products Attributes admin page, I'm obviously losing my size order because the id numbers aren't in the order I want. Does anyone have any suggestions how I can solve this problem so I can either maintain the size order or be able to apply an OUT OF STOCK to a particular product attribute?
BigMark Posted November 27, 2006 Posted November 27, 2006 Hi, if you have 50 medium T-Shirts for sale, and you entered that quantity in the products attributes, when the 50 are sold, then out of stock will be the default. You don't need to delete anything and re-add later for stock control... Some very useful contributions available for this dilemma in the contribution section of the website... Good luck...

Can I assume there's a contribution to add a 'quantity' field to the Products Attributes table?
