I'm using the international USPS contribution and so far it's worked fine on all our products except for 1. One of our products is a free sample and the shipping on it to Japan should be about 497 yen. MOST of the time it charges the customer 497 yen - but occasionally it only charges 97 yen - which means we are losing about $4. Does anyone have any idea why it would randomly drop a digit like this? It hasn't happened on any orders that actually have a cost associated with them, but I would really hate for it to drop a digit on an order in the future where the shipping was say $120! :shock: HELP!
