Help with UPS xml mod

When I enter my shipping addresses the ups xml shipping mod works great but when I enter in test mode or in production mode someone elses address it won't give me shipping prices. I have tried to set up new accounts and the shipping is not working. Real strange that it would work on only one account and only with a certain addresses.

 

I would appreciate a quick response as this is my primary income.

I figured this out myself. If anyone is having the same problem in the future this is what worked for me. I changed the option under shipping from a specific zone to none. Hope it helps someone else.
