problem with the admin

reading the diffrent topic i could find how to resolve the problem to show the page add cart of my e-commerce, but now i have others problems :blush: . I can't see the icon's flag in choose language n' i can't set up the curensies in my admin page, i insert the options to change language, but when i open the index page it doesn't show me the update i made. the index page show one flag and doesn't chane the simbol in the currensies option :'( . someone help me.Thanks a lot

thanks 4 ur replay.if u are talking about the cache of my browser, i cleared it, but doesn't function :(, i tried to set in the configure.php these parameters:
