Mass Delete Countries

I am brand new to this software. Is there an easy way to mass delete the countries and or zones? I would like my store to only sale to USA.

Yeah its easy if you know how to use phpmyadmin (should be in your hosting control panel). Go into it then go to the countries table(on the left menu). Check and then delete (check the checkbox then press delete at trhe top or delete them each individually) all the countries you don't want and make a note of all the ids of the countries you want kept (ie. just USA). Then go to the zones table and delete all the entrys where the zone_county_id is not in your list of keepers. That should take care of it.
