Gift Voucher Queue

I've installed this great contribution, but have two problems

 

1. When I choose to email a voucher by selecting someone from the drop-down menu, the script says the email was sent, but it's never recieved. Sending a voucher by manually entering an email address works fine.

 

2. I have issued vouchers, but nothing is listed in the Gift Voucher Queue screen.

 

Ideas?
