Configuration problems

When I try to save the changes to postage and shipping costs, it will not save the changes - eg, I wnat the per item cost to be £1.00 instead of 5.00, - I cannot get the chages to save.

 

Am I missing something?

is your shipping folder wrightable?

 

I had that problem once and only after I installed a shipping module that I did not want and then deleted that one did the one that I want to use work.

Thanks for that - Doesn't seem to work - when i set the permissions to writable, they revert back to origional. Maybe something to do with my server.

i'm having the same problem, unable to save setting to shipping and payment

 

i have a dedicated server where i have several instalations of oscommerce and just this last one will not save, i have set the permisions to 777 for all files and dirs and still it will not save.

 

i have installed it several times now and everything stays the same it will not save the shipping and payment settings.

 

need some urgent and profecional help here.
