Emails Not Being Sent To Members

When A New Member Signs Up The confirmation email is not being sent to the user ?

nor is the order confirmation email being sent to the user.

nor is the retrive password email being sent ??

 

the only emails that seem to be sending are = Send Extra Order Emails To

The Server Company I Use Only Allow 1000 emails Per Day

Then The Rest Get Blocked
