New York Tax

Does anyone know how to calculate tax for different cities in New York. I've only been able to configure one tax for New York. I called the New York State Tax Department and I was informed that I would have to charge tax to the ship to address. If I only had to charge the tax for the city I'm in then it would be no problem but now I have to add the tax for each City.

 

Is there a way to charge for each city within a state?
