Whats the best way of setting up shipping from a UK store to worldwide?

Would it be to have several flat rate files in place?

 

Currently I have a flat rate of £8.00 - however some folks in the USA are getting a great deal at my expense!!!

 

I need to sort this out pronto. Any ideas? :)

 

P.S: Royal Mail used for anything under 2kg (UK and worldwide), Courier used for anything over 2kg (UK only).

hell i need the same deal, only for Hong Kong...how do you add more options to choose from?
