Want to add a box

I want to add a box to the main welcome screen page under

"Welcome Guest! Would you like to log yourself in? Or would you prefer to create an account?"

 

What file is that? I've look everywhere.

Any ideas?

that is catelog/index.php.

the actual words are called by this:

  <td class="main"><?php echo tep_customer_greeting(); ?></td>

The words called for by that are located in catelog/includes/languages/english.php about line 286
