ImagineThat Posted November 25, 2006 Posted November 25, 2006 I am attempting to set up my shipping as a flat rate the customer chooses based on their geographic location, but cannot seem to figure it out. I am assuming that I need to use the Zone Rates method, but am unclear if I should be setting this up in the Modules/Shipping section of if I have to change specific HTML code in File Manager to do this. I am modelling my shipping table against an identical one that another OSC customer has, so I know there is a way to do this - just can't figure it out. Here is what I want the customers to be able to choose from: Local pickup/delivery $0.00 Within AB $5.00 Within BC/MB/SK/YT/NT $7.50 Within NB/NF/NS/NU/ON/PE/PQ and the US $10.00 Any guidance, as always, is greatly appreciated.... ImagineThat Posted November 25, 2006 Author Posted November 25, 2006 Oh sure - now you offer when I 'm almost done. Where were you months ago... :D Is this part going to be really complicated to set up?? The Installation Manual has almost no direction that I have seen for this type of thing. Quote

The Installation Manual has almost no direction that I have seen for this type of thing. You are no-where close to done. If you ask for a site review, they are going to go nuts on your plain jane stock layout. However, what it looks like is your choice. Where was I months ago? Actually, I only started a month ago working on my store and it's almost ready to launch. :D I'll have to look at flat rate shipping and see. I'm using the Canada Post with Dimensions shipping, so, I'll have to see what's involved before I can build it for you, umm, I mean advise you LOL Richard Quote No Good Deed EVER Goes Unpunished
