How do I add add Metatags in oscommerce sites & technicalretail.com sites via cpanel /admin site?? How do I optimise for SEARCH ENGINE Efficiency through CONTROL PANEL(cpanel) & ADMINISTRATIVE SITE???

 

Also on my oscommerce index page I have links to other pages which when I click I get the ERROR PAGE :-

What is going wrong & how do I correct this via cpanel/admin site? This applies to every link from the index page.
