Changing "Qty" header at top of shopping cart

Is there a way to change the "Qty" heading at the top of the shopping cart. I am working on a site where we will be selling Gift Cards is $1.00 increments. Instead of "Qty", I would like the heading to say "Value". I have looked everywhere I can thing of, including english.php, index.php & database and cannot find a way to change it.

FOUND IT- NEVER MIND. Didn't realize there were two shopping_cart.php files.
