How can you search for a phrase that contains small words?

How can you search for an exact phrase that contains words that are too short to be allowed ?

I've tried using quotation marks but this doesnt work.

 

any thoughts?

Thanks Jack, and thanks to that, i managed to fix the problem i was working on, its shame that function isnt made more widely known.
