egattocs Posted November 24, 2006 Posted November 24, 2006 Hi all We have recently set up the Barclays CPI EPDQ contrib on our site. in order to get this to work though, we had to force cookies. I originally forced cookies with the SSL enabled, but as we were on a shared server it just sent the customer around in circles with an empty, then full basket depending on where they were in the site (http vs https). We have now disabled SSL (turns out it needs to be disabled to work with Barclays EPDQ anyway, which I personally think is showing a lack of common sense, but anyway...), but the customer still gets empty and full baskets. Choose a product --> Click add to basket ---> Click go to checkout ---> "Your basket is empty!". I think this is probably still to do with cookies, but I don't undertand how as the customer doesn't go to SSL or anything. Has anybody ran into a similar problem at all or has any ideas about a way to fix this? Website: http:\\international.jecltd.com <---- If you want to take a look at the problem first hand Please note: The payments might be live and working (if you can get that far!).... I haven't been able to test it yet due to this error! Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance Scott
