Custom Menu wont keep Oscsid

Hi Guys,

 

Ive made my own custom menu system with rollovers , the problem is i hardcoded it so that it doesnt pull the list off the database , instead i put the links to the sections like so :

 

<?=tep_href_link('specials.php')?>

 

now the problem is everytime i reload a page the header loses the cart contents and gives a new OSCSID number.

 

Anybody know how i can fix this?? :(
